1. What is WearVello?

WearVello is a premium streetwear brand offering oversized T-shirts made from 240 GSM heavyweight cotton with unique meme, anime, quote, and graphic designs. Every product is made with comfort, quality, and style in mind.

2. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you prefer a regular oversized fit, choose your usual size. For an extra baggy streetwear look, choose one size up.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Since every product is made specially after your order is placed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or SMS.

You can also visit our Track Order page to check your shipment status.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

If Cash on Delivery is available for your location, it will be displayed during checkout.

9. What fabric do you use?

All WearVello oversized T-shirts are made using Premium 240 GSM Heavyweight Cotton, offering excellent comfort, durability, and a premium streetwear feel.

10. Will the print fade after washing?

No. Our prints are made using high-quality printing techniques designed for long-lasting durability.

To maintain print quality:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron directly on the print

11. My order is delayed. What should I do?

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

12. I received a damaged or incorrect product.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
